The Shellharbour Club can cater for all your corporate needs with professional expertise. With a range of menus and technical equipment available, your event will exceed all expectations. Our staff can also look after post-conference activities both in-house and within the scenic local area to ensure the overall success of your corporate event.

Included in the hire of venue is your choice of the following equipment: television, DVD, whiteboard, lectern, overhead projector and flip chart. 

Additional equipment such as LCD data projector, electronic whiteboard, internet access, laptop computer and lapel microphone can also be provided at an additional cost.

    Edgy, industrial yet elegant, Society is the ideal location for celebrating life’s high points, capturing highlights and enjoying the highlife. Dedicated to hosting incredible weddings and celebrations, the edgy loft-style space and its exposed brick wall is the ideal location for your next celebration.


  2. Gazebo

    Set amongst the bustle of Precinct, Gazebo offers a semi-private space for your next event. Seating up to 48 guests, enjoy the exclusivity of Gazebo with the lively street scene as your backdrop providing the perfect party atmosphere.


  3. Velvet

    Located in Precinct, Velvet is all about nostalgia mixed with a little bit of rock ‘n’ roll. There's no better place to celebrate than within the vibrant street market amongst the historical band posters of yonder years. With a fully stocked bar including an impressive cocktail list and a subtle nod to history, Velvet is the ultimate venue for a milestone party.


  4. Block House

    Set amongst the docks in Precinct, the children’s indoor playground known as Block House is a unique place offering interactive and educational kids activities and unique kids party options. Children will enjoy hours of play before ascending the scaffold staircase to the dedicated party area on the mezzanine level to enjoy games, food and drink.


  5. The Pindari Room

    Privacy is key in our Pindari Room. Situated on the first floor and accessed via the main stairway and lift, it provides an exclusive venue for your event. The Pindari Room is designated as a non-smoking venue, and can also be broken down into two smaller rooms if required. This room is perfect for more intimate events.


  6. The Tasman Room

    Our beautiful Tasman Room is decorated in neutral tones, giving a sophisticated yet informal ambience. Adjoining our panoramic balcony, the room has the capacity to seat three hundred guests and includes its own private bar, dance floor, and audio system.


  7. The Grand Tasman Room

    The Grand Tasman is our ultimate function room accommodating up to 360 guests for larger functions. Your party guests will enjoy the views from the adjoining balcony and exclusive use of the private bar. Dance floor and audio system are also available to help you celebrate.


  8. The Macquarie Room

    Located on the ground floor, The Macquarie Room provides a medium sized reception facility, ideal for ninety guests. Decorated in neutral tones, it is the perfect setting for your celebration or corporate event. A portable bar, dance floor and audio system are available at your request.
