A rare opportunity has become available to join the Executive Team at Shellharbour Workers’ Club Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer for the Group. Shellharbour Workers’ Club is a large Registered Club prominently located in Shellharbour, NSW. The Group encompasses the core business - The Shellharbour Club, as well as other diversified business units. For the past 5 years the Group has been delivering an accelerated Estate Plan with a strong focus on the growth and development of the core business and the strategic delivery of other diversified commercial ventures. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic and driven team.
The Chief Financial Officer will work within the Executive Team and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This person will be responsible for delivery of the following broad financial areas:
This role will require a technically strong, highly strategic leader with a demonstrated ability to operate in the detail and alongside other commercially astute stakeholders. This role requires the person to take a holistic view of strategic financial planning and analysis to ensure the Group is positioned to deliver the Estate Plan. This person will need to be a qualified Financial Officer with extensive experience in a similar capacity. Formal qualifications will be highly regarded as will broad experience across a multi-faceted business.
This person will be an integral member of the Executive Team helping to drive decision making and ensuring continued strong financial performance of the Group.
