Shellharbour Workers'  Club Board of Directors

Our Club has a Board of Directors of eight people who are responsible to Club members for the overall direction of the Club and in determining Club Policy. The General Manager is delegated the authority by the Board of Directors to administer all staff and the related functions. Board policy is carried out by the General Manager, including the responsibility for the official, legal and day to day operations of the Club. The Duty Managers/Departmental Managers are responsible for the overall daily operation of the Club and their respective departments.
